Top Pick

1. Detroit Lions (EVEN) vs. Arz – The Cardinals have performed amazingly this season despite so many players hurt. QB Drew Stanton went 2-1 in his earlier stint but now gets a top defense that has made the lives of opposing QBs miserable. Expect the Lions to cover the point spread and pull out a close one on the road.

Next

2. New England (+3) vs. Ind – The Colts are favored because this is at home. New England’s hot on both sides of the ball and their D will be the deciding factor.

3. Cincinnati Bengals (+7.5) vs. NO – The Bengals are banged up on the offense line and at the LBer position. They could be getting help this week and will put on a better showing than last Thursday Night.

4. Minnesota Vikings (+2.5) vs. Chi – See money line bet.

Rounding Things Out

Kansas City Chiefs (-2) vs. Sea – Arrowhead is a tough place to play. Look for the Chiefs D to smother Russell Wilson and force a few turnovers.

Carolina Panthers (+1) vs. Atl – Both teams are down but the Panthers will do just enough to pull out the home win.

Oakland Raiders (+10) vs. Den – The game last week was actually close for much of the 1st half. Then Peyton Manning went crazy. The Chargers are not the Broncos and are still pretty banged up. Expect a close game between these rivals.

Money Line Bet

Minnesota Vikings (+128) vs. Chi – The Bears are going nowhere fast. The issues they are experiencing are more systemic and there’s not a simple fix. Expect the Vikings, who are playing better defensively over the past month, to come into Chicago and pull out the win.

11. Randall Cobb, GB – A healthy Cobb is a clear No. 1 especially in PPR leagues.

12. Larry Fitzgerald, Arz – Look for Larry to be a borderline No. 1 / high No. 2 in Arian’s offense.

13. Keenan Allen, SD – Could emerge as a fantasy stud and top 10 WR in his 2nd year.

14. Andre Johnson, Hou – The big question mark is at QB, but O’brien will use Johnson properly.

15. DeSean Jackson, Was – RGIII will make use of his speed.

16. Pierre Garcon, Was – The Skins passing attack will be revitalized with the Shanahan’s gone.

17. Victor Cruz, NYG – He’s a borderline No. 1 in PPR leagues. Giants new offense will use him fully.

18. Roddy White, Atl – Last year was ruined due to injury. Potential top 12 receiver end of year.

19. Michael Crabtree, SF – There will be a lot of guys who want balls in SF, but Crabtree is the best.

20. Percy Harvin, Sea – He’s the Seahawks No. 1 threat who will be used creatively due to his versatility.

21. Cordarrelle Patterson, Min – Has a chance to become a superstar and catapult this list by year end. Freakish speed.

22. Wes Welker, Den – He still gets it done, especially with Peyton throwing to him.

23. Torrey Smith, Bal – The addition of Steve Smith and return of a healthy TE Dennis Pitta will take pressure off of him.

24. Jeremy Maclin, Phi – Chip Kelly’s offense will get the most out of his abilities.

25. Michael Floyd, Arz – Floyd emerged over the 2nd half of last year. That ascent will continue.

26. TY Hilton, Ind – He and Luck have a tremendous rapport.

27. Julian Edleman, NE – He’s a solid No. 2 in PPR leagues. Brady loves him.

28. Emmanuel Sanders, Den – He’ll replace Eric Decker in this offense.

29. Golden Tate, Det – The attention Megatron receives will benefit Tate in Detroit.

30. Marques Colston, NO – He is still a go to guy for Brees.

Not far behind

Brandon Marshall vs. Min – Marshall will top 100 yards with 2 TDs.

DeSean Jackson vs. Arz – Patrick Peterson is excellent but will have trouble with Jackson’s deep speed.

Alshon Jeffery vs. Min – The Vikings are playing with 3rd stringers back there.

Anquan Boldin vs. Stl – Boldin had a big day in their earlier match-up.

Wes Welker vs. KC – Look for Welker to reel in 8-10 passes.

Rod Streater vs. Dal – The Cowboys secondary is down a few men too.

Antonio Brown vs. Bal – Brown has stepped up this year and will haul in 8+ balls for 100 yards on Thursday.

Pierre Garcon vs. NYG – Expect 80 yards with a TD.

Mike Wallace vs. NYJ – New York may have a limited Antonio Cromartie in this one.

Vincent Jackson vs. Car – Lower expectations a bit against a stout Panthers D.

Josh Gordon vs. Jax – He is coming off a MONSTER day. Look for another solid effort this week.

Torrey Smith vs. Pit – Smith has been a Steelers’ killer in primetime.

James Jones vs. Det – There is plenty to go around vs. this D.

Percy Harvin vs. NO – The Seahawks will be looking to unveil Harvin on a national stage.

Dwayne Bowe vs. Den – This could be a shootout and Smith will once again look Bowe’s way.

Steve Smith vs. TB – His stock increases is CB Darrelle Revis is limited.

Nate Burleson vs. GB – The Packers have been vulnerable to the deep pass.

Cordell Patterson vs. Chi – The Vikings are targeting the rookie more and more. He will top 80 yards this week.

Ruben Randle vs. Was – Nicks is uncertain and Randle has a decided advantage against the Skins porous pass D.

Potential Bust – Beware

Andre Johnson vs. NE – Belichick usually has a plan to take away opposing top WRs.

1. Calvin Johnson vs. TB – He’s impossible to stop, and his ridiculous stats weekly prove this.

2. Demaryius Thomas vs. NE – Manning’s looking his way more and more of late.

3. Brandon Marshall vs. Stl. – Marshall should enjoy a solid day and top the century mark on Sunday.

4. Dez Bryant vs. NYG – Bryant has played well over his career vs. the Giants.

Not far behind

Victor Cruz vs. Dal – Cruz topped 100 yards in Week 11 and will match that here.

Jordy Nelson vs. Min – Scott Tolzien aside, these are the Vikings.

Andre Johnson vs. Jax – Johnson will continue to enjoy his 2nd half breakout vs. the Jags.

Rounding things out

Vincent Jackson vs. Det – The Lions DBs are terrible.

Eric Decker vs. NE – If the Patriots roll coverage towards Thomas, that will open up opportunities for Decker.

Danny Amendola vs. Den – There should be plenty of balls to go around.

Wes Welker vs. NE – Provided he is cleared from his concussion, he’ll be looking for some payback.

Antonio Brown vs. Cle – He’s coming off a stellar performance (147 yards, 2 TDs). Will be tougher against CB Joe Haden but he’s still great in PPR leagues.

Josh Gordon vs. Pit – The Steelers don’t cover like they use to.

Anquan Boldin vs. Was – The Skins secondary gives up yards and scores in bunches.

Alshon Jeffery vs. Stl . – The other receiver in Chicago may put up even bigger numbers.

Larry Fitzgerald vs. Ind – The Colts D has been extremely mediocre recently.

Tavon Austin vs. Chi – What will he do for an encore? Expect 70 yards with a TD.

Hakeem Nicks vs. Dal – Is this the week he gets on the board? It’s going to happen soon.

Kenny Wright vs. Oak – The Raiders secondary has been torched this year.

Marques Colston vs. Atl – Brees will pick this defense apart.

Torrey Smith vs. NYJ – Look for Smith to get behind Cromartie at least once.

Keenan Allen vs. KC – Look for Rivers to get Allen involved early in this one.

Dwayne Bowe vs. SD – The Chiefs made a point of throwing Bowe’s way in Denver. It’ll pay off this week.

Steve Smith vs. Mia – Smith will top 70 yards with a score vs. the Fins.

Denarius Moore vs. Ten – The troubles at QB didn’t hinder him in Week 11.

Pierre Garcon vs. SF – He is on pace to top 100 receptions and the Skins will need to throw a lot in this one.

Aaron Dobson vs. Den – With so much attention being paid elsewhere, Dobson is a nice fantasy sleeper to score in Week 12.

Potential Bust – Beware

TY Hilton vs. Arz – Matching up against Patrick Peterson is not an easy match-up.

1. Calvin Johnson vs. Chi – The top fantasy football WR will top 150 yards with 2 TDs.

2. Dez Bryant vs. NO – Bryant will overmatch the Saints secondary all evening.

3. Demaryius Thomas vs. SD – Look for Thomas to top 100 yards with 1-2 TDs in San Diego.

4. Andre Johnson vs. Arz – Johnson’s stock is up with Keenum behind center.

Not far behind

AJ Green vs. Bal – Dalton’s improved deep ball is paying dividends for Green owners.

Brandon Marshall vs. Det – The Lions secondary ranks near the bottom of the league.

Victor Cruz vs. Oak – The Giants’ receivers are salivating at this matchup.

Rounding things out

Wes Welker vs. SD – Look for Welker to find the end zone once, maybe twice.

TY Hilton vs. Stl – Hilton stepped up in Wayne’s absence a week ago.

DeSean Jackson vs. GB – The Eagles offense works better with Foles under center.

Pierre Garcon vs. Min – The Vikings secondary is one of the worst in the NFL. Look for the Skins to stretch the field.

Hakeem Nicks vs. Oak – Nicks will score his 1st TD of the season and top 90 yards.

Alshon Jeffery vs. Det – There’s plenty to go around when facing this Lions secondary.

Terrance Williams vs. NO – He’s a nice fantasy sleeper this week. The Cowboys receivers will stretch the Saints D.

Vincent Jackson vs. Mia – Jackson will top 70 yards with a TD.

Larry Fitzgerald vs. Hou – The Texans secondary is vulnerable to big play receivers.

Eric Decker vs. SD – All three receivers are fantasy worthy this week.

Keenan Allen vs. Den – He’ll likely pick up a lot of yards and maybe a score in garbage time.

Antonio Brown vs. Buf – He’s a solid No. 2. 10-15 fantasy points is his range.

Steve Smith vs. SF – Smith has an advantage over the 49ers DBs.

Mike Wallace vs. TB – The Fins will use his deep speed vs. a D that struggles with speed guys.

Jordy Nelson vs. Phi – Make sure Aaron Rodgers is back in the lineup.

Stevie Johnson vs. Pit – The Steelers pass D is no longer feared.

Golden Tate vs. Atl – Tate has emerged as the Seahawks No. 1 threat. However, no more than a flex play.

Potential Bust – Beware

Anquan Boldin vs. Car – The Panthers D will be one of the better ones SF plays all year. Boldin will be limited.

1. Dez Bryant vs. Phi – He’ll torch the Eagles feeble secondary all afternoon.

2. AJ Green vs. Det – Green’s speed will prove too much for the Bengals secondary and he’ll finish with 125 yards and a TD.

3. Calvin Johnson vs. Cin – Megatron’s knee should be improved this week. He’ll toy with Terrance Newman and the rest of Bengals DBs.

4. Demaryius Thomas vs. Ind – This will be a shootout.

Not Far Behind

Brandon Marshall vs. Was – Marshall will top 100 yards with a TD against the Skins pass D.

Victor Cruz vs. Min – The Vikings pass D has a lot of holes in it.

Justin Blackmon vs. SD – He’s been a fantasy football beast since his return from suspension.

Rounding Things Out

Wes Welker vs. Ind – Expect a TD or two from Welker in this one.

Reggie Wayne vs. Den – The Broncos pass D is the worst in the NFL.

Pierre Garcon vs. Chi – The Bears missing bodies up front make their DBs vulnerable.

TY Hilton vs. Den – Look for a long score and 100 yards on Sunday night.

Torrey Smith vs. Bal – He’s had big games previously at Pittsburgh.

Andre Johnson vs. KC – The switch at QB brings him down a notch.

Mike Wallace vs. Buf – The Bills secondary has trouble covering speedy receivers.

Hakeem Nicks vs. Min – He’s been the subject of trade talk all week. He’ll top 100 yards on MNF.

Greg Jennings vs. NYG – The Giants have surrendered a lot of yards through the air.

Jordy Nelson vs. Cle – The lack of other receivers brings him down a notch vs. CB Joe Hayden.

Steve Smith vs. Stl. – Cam Newton and Smith will find their way back to the end zone here.

Alshon Jeffery vs. Was – The Bears other option will reach the century mark against the Skins.

DeSean Jackson vs. Dal – Look for 80 yards with a TD vs. the Cowboys.

Keenan Allen vs. Jax – Allen is becoming Rivers go-to receiver.

Danny Amendola vs. NYJ – The shifty receiver will make an impact vs. the Jets.

Antonio Brown vs. Bal – Roethlisberger will target Brown 10+ times for a big day.

Vincent Jackson vs. Atl – He’s shown no signs of slowing down with Glennon in there.

Josh Gordon vs. GB – The speedy receiver will notch 15 fantasy points in Lambeau.

Potential Bust – Beware

Larry Fitzgerald vs. Sea – Not many receivers go off against Richard Sherman.

1. Calvin Johnson vs. GB – Megatron is usually good for 150 yards and 2 TDs against the Packers.

2. Julio Jones vs. NYJ – His deep speed will prove too much for the Jets.

3. Demaryius Thomas vs. Dal – Thomas will top 125 yards with 1-2 TDs.

4. Dez Bryant vs. Den – This should be a high scoring game. Expect Bryant to find the end zone twice.

Not far behind

Randall Cobb vs. Det – Cobb will be targeted 8-10 times for 100 yards and a TD.

Victor Cruz vs. Phi – Salsa is the only thing currently working in the Giants offense.

Brandon Marshall vs. NO – Marshall will beat the Saints DBs all afternoon for 100+ yards and a TD.

Rounding things out

AJ Green vs. NE – Look for Green to get behind the Patriots D at least once.

Andre Johnson vs. SF – The Texans will likely be throwing the ball plenty.

Wes Welker vs. Dal – He’ll be a beast in the short passing game at Dallas.

Jordy Nelson vs. Det – Expect Rodgers to spread the ball around and Nelson to be heavily targeted.

Mike Wallace vs. Bal – He had plenty of good games against the Ravens while in Pittsburgh.

Larry Fitzgerald vs. Car – Fitzgerald matches up well against the Panthers DBs.

Anquan Boldin vs. Hou – The 49ers will continue moving him around and going his way.

Desean Jackson vs. NYG – Jackson usually shows up against the Giants.

Hakeem Nicks vs. Phi – Nicks has fallen to a No. 2 / flex play but could regain his old form here.

Torrey Smith vs. Mia – He is the only thing working in the Ravens offense.

Marques Colston vs. Chi – The Bears pass D is highly suspect.

Nate Washington vs. KC – With Jake Locker out, Washington benefits most from switch to Ryan Fitzpatrick.

Josh Gordon vs. Buf – Installing Hoyer as the QB hasn’t hurt him.

Dwayne Bowe vs. Ten – Bowe is a flex play until he and Smith get on the same page.

Kendrell Thompkins vs. Cin – Brady and his rookie are growing together. The Bengals have trouble covering speed receivers.

Cecil Shorts vs. Stl – Finally a good matchup for Shorts . He has a chance to hit 100 yards vs. a depleted Rams secondary on Sunday.

Eddie Royal vs. Oak – He’s been silent since the 1st two weeks of the season. The Raiders D offers a chance to get back in the groove.

Eric Decker vs. Dal – He’s no worse than a fantasy No. 2 as everyone is going crazy in this offense.

Robert Woods vs. Cle – Woods is a deep sleeper, but with Joe Haden locking down Stevie Johnson, he may be in line for 75 yards and a TD.

Potential Bust – Beware

Reggie Wayne – The Seahawks typically make opposing WRs look foolish.

1. Calvin Johnson vs. Chi – The Bears have given up a lot of yards and TDs to opposing WRs.

2 Julio Jones vs. NE – The Patriots have NO ONE who can stay with Jones.

3. Demaryius Thomas vs. Phi – The Eagles secondary gets torched on a weekly basis.

4. Dez Bryant vs. SD – The Chargers will get torched by Dez to the tune of 125 yards and a TD.

Not too far behind

Reggie Wayne vs. Jax – It’s the Jags, who get steamrolled by everyone.

Brandon Marshall vs. Det – The Bears will attack the Lions through the air.

AJ Green vs. Cle – The match-up is tough but Green’s performed well vs. the Browns and CB Joe Haden over his career.

Rounding things out

Vincent Jackson vs. Arz – There are lots of problems in Tampa, but Jackson is not one of them.

Victor Cruz vs. KC – Things all depend on the Giants O Line. If Eli’s given time, Cruz will shine.

Wes Welker vs. Phi – Welker is excellent in fantasy PPR leagues and could reach the end zone 1-2 times.

Antonio Brown vs. Min – The Vikings pass D is horrible.

Pierre Garcon vs. Oak – The Skins will target Garcon for a big afternoon in the black hole.

Desean Jackson vs. Den – His speed will earn him a 50 yard + TD.

Torrey Smith vs. Buf – This may be the game he finally gets into the end zone.

Josh Gordon vs. Cin – He had a tremendous first game back and the Bengals have give up big plays.

Mike Wallace vs. NO – The Fins will find Wallace a mismatch for the Saints all night.

Wes Welker vs. Phi – The Broncos will throw all over the Eagles porous secondary.

Hakeem Nicks vs. KC – See Cruz. If the O Line blocks, Nicks will be fine.

Larry Fitzgerald vs. TB – Expect Fitz to remain more of a No. 2 this week. Revis will likely line up against him.

Dwayne Bowe vs. NYG – The Giants secondary was torched in Week 3. Bowe was silent away but expect that to change.

Marques Colston vs. Mia – He will be the main receiving threat outside of Graham for the Saints on MNF.

Nate Burleson vs. Chi – This is a flex play due to the horrendous Bears pass D.

Potential Bust – Beware

Andre Johnson vs. Sea – Not only is he slightly banged up, but he’s facing the best CB in the NFL right now.

1. AJ Green vs. Pit – Green’s nearly impossible to cover. He’ll top 125 yards with 2 more TDs vs. Pitt.

2. Calvin Johnson vs. Arz – Megatron won’t be shut down a 2nd consecutive week.

3. Andre Johnson vs. Ten – He is healthy and performing at a high level. Look for a 100 yard effort with a score.

4. Demaryius Thomas vs. NYG – Speedy receivers like Thomas have given the Giants issues.

Not too far behind

Julio Jones vs. Stl – Jones will top the century mark in their home opener.

Vincent Jackson vs. NO – The Saints have no one that can stay with Jackson.

Brandon Marshall vs. Min – Marshall picked up right where he left off a year ago with 100 yards and a TD. The Vikes secondary is vulnerable.

Rounding things out

Dez Bryant vs. KC – Look for Bryant to find his groove and top 100 yards with 1-2 TDs.

Victor Cruz vs. Den – Cruz will catch 8-10 balls with a score after posting stellar fantasy stats in the opener.

Hakeem Nicks vs. Den – The Broncos have no one who can cover Nicks. He is healthy and will top 100 yards against the Broncos.

Randall Cobb vs. Was – The Skins secondary is not a strong point.

Wes Welker vs. NYG – Look for Manning to target Welker 10 times. He is once again an excellent start in PPR leagues.

Larry Fitzgerald vs. Det – The signing of Palmer has rejuvenated Fitzgerald who found the end zone twice in Week 1. The Lions DBs are nothing special.

Jordy Nelson vs. Was – Rodgers will spread the ball around against the Skins.

Pierre Garcon vs. GB – His speed will present problems for GB.

Roddy White vs. Stl – His ankle curtailed his production in Week 1. Expect a better day here.

Marques Colston vs. TB – The Bucs DBs are tough, making Colston more of a flex play.

Reggie Wayne vs. Mia – Luck’s top target will find the end zone for the 2nd straight week.

Mike Wallace vs. Ind – The Colts DBs will have trouble staying with Wallace down the field. Look for Miami to target their top FA after a poor showing in Week 1.

Cecil Shorts vs. Oak – Last week was bad. It gets better this week with the Raiders on the schedule and QB Gabbert headed to the bench.

Tavon Austin vs. Atl – The Falcons secondary is weak and Austin will find plenty of room to work the middle of the field.

Steve Smith vs. Buf – Look for Smith to have a big game and get loose deep for a 40+ yard TD.

Stevie Johnson vs. Car – His production may not be impacted by QB Manuel. Johnson’s size and speed present problems for the Panthers secondary.

DeSean Jackson vs. SD – Look for Kelly to move Jackson around which will result in a lot of catches and a score.

Anquan Boldin vs. Sea – The Seahawks are banged up in the secondary. Boldin has more value in PPR leagues but don’t expect a repeat of Week 1.

Kenny Britt vs. Hou – The Texans DBs are vulnerable to the pass, as evidenced by their Week 1 showing.

Antonio Brown vs. Cin – The lack of running game in Pittsburgh and injuries along the O Line puts a damper on Brown (and Sanders) fantasy value. He’s still a good play in PPR leagues.

Miles Austin vs. KC – He looked quicker Sunday Night and with so much attention being paid to Bryant he is a legitimate No. 2 fantasy WR.

Julian Edelman vs. NYJ – With Danny Amendola likely out, Edelman instantly becomes Brady’s top target.

Vincent Brown vs. Phi – Brown has an advantage of this Eagles secondary. He is a solid flex play.

Potential Bust – Beware

Dwayne Bowe vs Dal – The Cowboys talented CB duo will look to limit Bowe’s success.

Cream of the crop

1. Calvin Johnson vs. Min – 150 yards and 2 TDs? Why not, the Vikings have no one that can cover him.

2. Julio Jones vs. NO – Can you name the Saints starting CBs? We can’t either. Jones will explode on Sunday.

3. Andre Johnson vs. SD – Johnson will be able to do whatever he wants against this downtrodden secondary.

4. Dez Bryant vs. NYG –Bryant has been a Giants’ killer over his career.

Not far behind

Roddy White vs. NO – He should be healthy, and if so, in your starting lineup.

Demaryius Thomas vs. Bal – He’s a threat to break a long one on opening night.

AJ Green vs. Chi – The Bears have a talented secondary, but very few can stop Green.

Rounding things out

Vincent Jackson vs. NYJ – Expect Jackson to get the best of Cromarite and the Jets secondary in Week 1.

Hakeem Nicks vs. Dal – Nicks is fully healthy and will be back to his old self.

Larry Fitzgerald vs. Stl – The upgrade at QB will push Fitzgerald’s numbers back to the top.

Reggie Wayne vs. Oak – The Colts will have their way with the Raiders secondary on opening night.

Antonio Brown vs. Ten – The Titans haven’t done much to shore up their secondary.

Victor Cruz vs. Dal – The foot will not be a problem. Cruz will be a menace over the middle in this one.

Brandon Marshall vs. Cin – Cutler’s No. 1 guy will be targeted frequently in week 1 but faces a tough test.

Marques Colston vs. Atl – Slow and steady, Colston keeps producing. And the Falcons secondary is nothing special.

Anquan Boldin vs. GB – The Packers D will be in for a long day at the Stick.

Randall Cobb vs. SF – The Packers ability (or inability) to block up front will determine Cobb’s success.

James Jones vs. SF – Jones is a bit of a fantasy sleeper, but as the No. 3 threat, he could find the end zone and top 75 yards.

Torrey Smith vs. Den – Smith burned Champ Bailey in the post season and Bailey’s not getting any faster if he is even able to go.

Danny Amendola vs. Buf – The Patriots newest version of Wes Welker will torch the Bills.

Wes Welker vs. Bal – Lining up in the slot could earn Welker the most looks on Thursday night.

Mike Wallace vs. Cle –Wallace is familiar with this defense from his years in Pittsburgh.

Greg Jennings vs. Det – Ponder’s newest receiver will pay dividends vs. the Lions.

TY Hilton vs. Oak – The Colts other threat outside will torch the Raiders depressing secondary.

Pierre Garcon vs. Phi – Have you seen the Eagles DBs? Garcon should top 100 yards with a TD.

DeSean Jackson vs. Was – The secondary is a concern for the Skins.

Golden Tate vs. Car – Look for him to thrive most with Harvin out.

Dwayne Bowe vs. Jax – Look for Bowe to quickly become Smith’s top target.

Travon Austin vs. Arz – The Rams will move Austin all over the field and get him the ball multiple ways.

Cecil Shorts vs. KC – Expect him to pick up where he left off last year and is a solid No. 2 / flex play in the opener.

Beware
