Top Pick

1. Detroit Lions (EVEN) vs. Arz – The Cardinals have performed amazingly this season despite so many players hurt. QB Drew Stanton went 2-1 in his earlier stint but now gets a top defense that has made the lives of opposing QBs miserable. Expect the Lions to cover the point spread and pull out a close one on the road.

Next

2. New England (+3) vs. Ind – The Colts are favored because this is at home. New England’s hot on both sides of the ball and their D will be the deciding factor.

3. Cincinnati Bengals (+7.5) vs. NO – The Bengals are banged up on the offense line and at the LBer position. They could be getting help this week and will put on a better showing than last Thursday Night.

4. Minnesota Vikings (+2.5) vs. Chi – See money line bet.

Rounding Things Out

Kansas City Chiefs (-2) vs. Sea – Arrowhead is a tough place to play. Look for the Chiefs D to smother Russell Wilson and force a few turnovers.

Carolina Panthers (+1) vs. Atl – Both teams are down but the Panthers will do just enough to pull out the home win.

Oakland Raiders (+10) vs. Den – The game last week was actually close for much of the 1st half. Then Peyton Manning went crazy. The Chargers are not the Broncos and are still pretty banged up. Expect a close game between these rivals.

Money Line Bet

Minnesota Vikings (+128) vs. Chi – The Bears are going nowhere fast. The issues they are experiencing are more systemic and there’s not a simple fix. Expect the Vikings, who are playing better defensively over the past month, to come into Chicago and pull out the win.

Golden Tate vs. NO – He’ll be the Lions No. 1 again.

Michael Crabtree vs. Den – The 49ers will get their No. 1 WR involved again.

Randall Cobb vs. Car – The Packers have a decided advantage in the pass game.

Andre Johnson vs. Pit – The Steelers are vulnerable on D. He’ll top 100 yards with a score.

Percy Harvin vs. Stl – Seattle will look to get their best playmaker involved early.

DeSean Jackson vs. Ten – Jackson’s speed is proving too much for opposing defenses.

Pierre Garcon vs. Ten – There will be balls to go around. Garcon has a breakout game in him.

Steve Smith vs. Atl – Look for Smith to torch an old nemesis.

Emmanuel Sanders vs. SF – Peyton will pick on whoever is covering Sanders. He’ll top 100 yards with a score.

Anquan Boldin vs. Den – He’ll have more value in PPR leagues.

Sammy Watkins vs. Min – Watkins won’t have Revis blanketing him this week.

Tier 2

Odell Beckham vs. Dal – He’s quickly become the Giants top threat with Cruz gone for the season.

Mohamed Sanu vs Ind – AJ Green’s replacement shined in Week 6.

Mike Wallace vs. Chi – Look for Wallace to get deep against the Bears.

Larry Fitzgerald vs. Oak – Fitz is a flex play at this stage.

Reggie Wayne vs. Cin – Luck and Wayne will hook up for a score this week.

Malcom Floyd vs. KC – He and Rivers are firing on all cylinders now.

Torrey Smith vs. Atl – Smith is another who has a great match up here. Look for 10-12 FFL points.

Julian Edleman vs. NYJ – A clear No. 2 in PPR leagues. The Jets are hurting in the secondary.

Brandon Lafell vs. NYJ – For reasons above.

Bust

Cordarrelle Patterson vs. Buf – The anemic passing game has destroyed all fantasy value for Patterson.

Fantasy Sleeper

Justin Hunter vs. Was – The Skins surrender a LOT of passing yards.

Tier 1

Alshon Jeffery vs NYJ – There are big plays all over the field against the Jets.

Randall Cobb vs. Det – He’ll top 100 yards with a TD here.

Andre Johnson vs. NYG – The Giants zone D isn’t working and receivers are finding huge lanes to run through.

Emmanuel Sanders vs. Den – Manning’s newest threat will catch 10 bals

Julian Edelman vs. Oak – Until another threat emerges he’s the top WR in NE.

Vincent Jackson vs. ATL – Disappointing start thus far but has a great matchup on Thursday.

Pierre Garcon vs. Phi – Kirk Cousins’ raises everyone’s outlook at the skill position. Garcon will be a huge beneficiary.

Mike Wallace vs. KC – Wallace will top 75 yards with a TD.

Sammy Watkins vs. SD – Had a breakout game in Week 2. Should pick up where he left off.

Cordarrelle Patterson vs. NO – Have you seen the Saints try and cover receivers?

Golden Tate vs. GB – Tate’s a solid PPR option and will find the end zone here.

Keenan Allen vs. Buf – The Chargers will have opportunities to move the ball to their outside receivers.

DeSean Jackson vs. Phi – He’ll put up 100 yards with a score if his shoulder is healthy enough to go.

Jeremy Maclin vs. Was – TDs in each game to start the season. He’ll get behind the secondary for one long TD here.

TY Hilton vs. Jax – The Jaguars secondary is porous.

Reggie Wayne vs. Jax – See above. Wayne is better in PPR leagues.

Michael Crabtree vs. Arz – He’s always done well against Patrick Peterson.

Anquan Boldin vs. Arz – His former team couldn’t handle him a year ago.

Larry Fitzgerald vs. SF – The lack of 49ers pass rush means there will be opportunities down the field.

Michael Floyd vs. SF – See above.

Tier 2

Steve Smith vs. Cle – Smith has already emerged as the Ravens’ top receiver.

Dwayne Bowe vs. Mia – This could be a higher scoring affair.

Roddy White vs. TB – The Falcons will take to the air on TNF.

Bust

Antonio Brown vs. Car – The Panthers D has been very tough on opposing top WRs.

Fantasy Sleeper

Brian Quick vs. Dal – The Cowboys don’t cover well at all. Quick’s value rises with Shaun Hill’s return to the lineup.

Top Pick

1. Cincinnati Bengals (-7) vs. SD – The Bengals went into San Diego on Dec 1st. and won by a TD. This one will be at home, where the Bengals were very good (8-0). Look for the Bengals to easily cover the point spread and win by double digits.

Next

2. Kansas City Chiefs (+1.5) vs. Ind – The Colts enter feeling good about themselves but they beat lesser teams to finish out the year. The Chiefs will have little problems taking WR TY Hilton out of the game and the Colts passing game will struggle as it did when WR Reggie Wayne went down. Look for KC to go into Indy and win by four.

3. New Orleans Saints (+2.5) vs. Phi – The Eagles are likely the safer bet, as playing outside and in the cold gives them the advantage. However, the Eagles have hardly been blowing teams out over their impressive final stretch and the Saints offense matches up well vs. this Philadelphia D. Look for a close game and one in which the Saints cover.

4. San Francisco 49ers (-3) vs. GB – The return of QB Aaron Rodgers is a HUGE boost for this Packers team, but games played in ridiculously cold weather usually favor the team that can line up and out physical the group across from it. Although GB has a big advantage in the passing game, and RB Eddie Lacy is a dimension they haven’t had in a while, the 49ers are the more complete team and will pull off the win by more than a FG on Sunday.

1. Kansas City Chiefs (-3.5) vs. Was – The Chiefs are on a three game slide which has ended their dreams of the top seed in the AFC. However, they’ll get back into the win column when they head to Washington.

The Skins are plagued with in-fighting, a horrendous defense and poor play all around. That’s not a recipe for success against a quality Chiefs team.

Next

2. Cincinnati Bengals (-6.5) vs. Ind – The Colts offense has become a shell of itself since the loss of WR Reggie Wayne and the O Line is getting Andrew Luck killed back there. That won’t get it done in Cincinnati. Look for the Bengals to easily cover the point spread and blow out the Colts at home.

3. Carolina Panthers (+3.5) vs. NO – See money line bet.

4. Detroit Lions (+3) vs. Phi – The Eagles beat a pretty good Cardinals team a week ago, but that’s their only quality win over their recent stretch. The Lions aren’t an elite team but will have too much firepower offensively for the Eagles D. Look for a close contest which the Lions win in the 4th quarter.

Rounding things out

Pittsburgh Steelers (-3.5) vs. Mia – This will be close throughout, as Miami’s D is solid at all three levels. But look for the Steelers to do enough to win by at least four.

Arizona Cardinals (-6) vs. Stl. – Arizona is a different team at home.

NY Jets (-2.5) vs. Oak – Things have been dark for the Jets over the past three weeks but these are the Raiders and the game is in the 1pm EDT time slot, which is tough on west coast teams.

Money Line

Carolina Panthers (+145) vs. NO – The Saints are VERY good at home, but they’re a finesse offense that doesn’t like getting hit in the mouth, and that is exactly what LB Luke Kuechly and Co. will set out to do. Their attacking front seven is very good at neutralizing spread out offenses and will give QB Drew Brees problems. On the other side of the ball, QB Cam Newton is having an MVP type year and will continue his elite play in the Superdome. Expect a close one which the Panthers pull out by a FG.

1. Cam Newton vs. Atl – Newton’s on fire the past few weeks.

2. Drew Brees vs. NYJ – The Jets just surrendered over 300 yards and 5 TDs to Andy Dalton.

3. Aaron Rodgers vs. Chi – Rodgers keep producing while his skill players fall around him.

4. Tony Romo vs. Min – The Vikings depleted secondary is god awful. Expect a top fantasy football effort Sunday.

Not far behind

Philip Rivers vs. Was – Rivers is facing a Skins D that is surrendering lots of yards and points through the air.

Andy Dalton vs. Mia – Ride the hot hand with Dalton.

Tom Brady vs. Pit – It hasn’t been pretty of late, but Brady will get back on track with 250 yards and 2 TDs this week.

Rounding things out

Andrew Luck vs. Hou – The loss of WR Reggie Wayne is a massive loss, but Luck is still a viable fantasy option.

Ben Roethlisberger vs. NE – The Pats D is injured and vulnerable through the air.

Terrelle Pryor vs. Phi – He’ll find success with his legs and arm in this one.

Matt Ryan vs. Car – This is a tough match-up no matter how you look at it. Better if WR Roddy White returns.

RGIII vs. SD – The yards are there, but he’s having trouble consistently finding the end zone. Expect a 12-17 point effort against a decent Chargers D.

Russell Wilson vs. TB – The Bucs pass D is surrendering multiple TDs per game.

Potential Bust – Beware

Alex Smith vs. Buf – Smith is likely a starter when your regular is out. However, the Bills D is better than most realize.

11. Andre Johnson, Hou – Johnson still remains a No. 1 fantasy receiver and the top target on the Texans, but a switch to a run first team has hurt his production.

12. Victor Cruz, NYG – With a healthy Hakeem Nicks back in the lineup, look for Cruz to shine. He’ll top 80 receptions, 1,100 yards and score 10 times.

13. Reggie Wayne, Ind - With Luck expected to take another step forward, Wayne will produce No. 1 fantasy WR numbers in his 13th season.

14. Hakeem Nicks, NYG – Nicks is a fantasy sleeper whose stock is on the upswing. If he remains healthy, a top 7 finish is attainable for the talented WR.

15. Marques Colston, NO - Colston’s a steady receiver who also posts low No. 1 numbers with Brees.

16. Jordy Nelson, GB - He saw his production drop in 2012 especially in the TD department. Nelson will be targeted heavily once again and plays with the best QB in the league. Look for a potential top 10 finish at season’s end.

17. Dwayne Bowe, KC – Most of Bowe’s troubles last year were due to poor QB play. Andy Reid’s system is pass first and Bowe will perform well with Alex Smith.

18. Danny Amendola, NE – The Pats brought him in to replace Wes Welker. That’s easier said than done. Amendola’s track record suggests he’s injury prone so he’s no more than a No. 2 / flex play until proven otherwise. Brady will make him better though.

19. Mike Wallace, Mia – QB Ryan Tannehill has a big arm, and Wallace is the best deep threat in the league.

20. Pierre Garcon, Was – He’s blessed to play with an incredibly accurate QB who should improve off of his stellar rookie season. If Garcon can remain healthy, look for some long TDs.

21. Steve Smith, Car - Another year in Newton’s development will help keep Smith a solid No. 2 FFL receiver at age 34.

22. Wes Welker, Den - Manning’s made a living out of using his slot receiver. Welker will be used heavily and his stock is higher in PPR leagues.

23. Torrey Smith, Bal - The entire Ravens offense is set to take a step back with WR Anquain Boldin gone and Dennis Pitta now hurt, but Smith’s on the upswing and will warrant flex play.

24. Greg Jennings, Min – Christian Ponder is Jenning’s biggest question mark. He is still a relatively young receiver with deep threat ability, but whether Ponder can get the ball to him will determine his success.

25. Antonio Brown, Pit – He is now firmly the No. 1 WR in Pittsburgh, and Brown and Roethlisberger have a solid rapport. His stock increases in PPR leagues.

1. Calvin Johnson vs. Min – Megatron is back after a big Week 9. Look for him to also find the end zone this week.

2. Roddy White vs. NO – It’s going to be bombs away in this game. Look for 100+ yards with a TD.

3. Julio Jones vs. NO – Jones has taken off since the bye week and will score another long TD while topping 100 yards this week.

4. AJ Green vs. NYG – The Giants secondary has surrendered a lot yards plus a few scores in recent weeks.

Next

Wes Welker vs. Buf – Welker always kills the Bills.

Victor Cruz vs. Cin – After a rough couple of weeks, look for Cruz to do the salsa in Week 10.

Demaryius Thomas vs. Car – Manning and his deep threat will hook up for over 100 yards and a TD vs. the Panthers.

The Rest

Vincent Jackson vs. SD – Expect a big effort for Jackson who is going against his former team.

Percy Harvin vs. Det – Christian Ponder’s struggles aside, Harvin’s found ways to consistently produce in fantasy football. It’ll happen again here.

Mike Wallace vs. KC – His speed will prove too much for the Chiefs’ secondary.

Brandon Marshall vs. Hou – The Texans secondary has been vulnerable thus far in 2012.

Reggie Wayne vs. Jax – Luck and Wayne will hook up for 100 yards and a TD on Thursday Night.

Eric Decker vs. Car – Decker will top 75 yards with 8-10 catches and another trip to the end zone.

Steve Smith vs. Den – After finding the end zone for the 1st time last week, look for another here.

Dez Bryant vs. Phi – The Eagles pass D is weak and vulnerable.

Miles Austin vs. Phi – Look for 6-8 catches with 80+ yards and a TD.

Andre Johnson vs. Chi – This is a tough match-up but look for Johnson to eclipse 75 yards with a TD.

Michael Crabtree vs. Stl – He’s a No. 2 fantasy option and will top 75 yards with a score.

Hakeem Nicks vs. Cin – He’s come back slowly since the injury as defenses have switched up coverages against the Giants. He’s a top fantasy sleeper this week to bust out like he’s done in the past.

Torrey Smith vs. Oak – Look for Baltimore’s speedster to have a big game vs. the Raiders.

Kenny Britt vs. Mia – Look for Tennessee to attack through the air.

Davon Bess vs. Ten – He’ll be the top threat for the Dolphins on Sunday.

Brandon Lloyd vs. Buf – Everyone will get in on the fun against a porous Bills pass D.

Sidney Rice vs. NYJ – Wilson will target Rice for 80 yards with a score vs. the Jets.

Danny Amendola vs. SF – The ONLY way to attack SF is through the air, which will lead to 75 yards and 6-8 catches.

Desean Jackson vs. Dal – Don’t look for a lot of catches but he could take one to the house on a bomb. The Cowboys pass D is tough.

Lance Moore vs. Atl – Moore will be targeted 8-10 times and be a short yardage menace vs. the Falcons.

Marques Colston vs. Atl – Look for a return trip to the end zone.

Malcolm Floyd vs. TB – The Bucs pass D is atrocious.

Darius Heyward Bay vs. Bal – The Ravens DBs are depleted and vulnerable.

Denarius Moore vs. Bal – Ditto for Moore.

1. Roddy White vs. Phi – The Falcons WRs have the decided edge in this one. 100 yards with a TD.

2. Calvin Johnson vs. Sea – The Seahawks pass D is vulnerable vs. receivers like Megatron.

3. Jordy Nelson vs. Jax – Nelson’s play has risen dramatically since Jennings went down. Look for another 100 yard effort with a TD.

4. Demaryius Thomas vs. NO – Thomas’s size and speed will prove too much for the Saints. Expect 100+ receiving yards and at least a TD.

Next

Victor Cruz vs. Dal – Look for Cruz to terrorize Dallas over the middle and find the end zone for his 8th TD on the season.

Julio Jones vs. Phi – Look for a 100 yard game and a long TD vs. the Eagles.

Wes Welker vs. Stl. – Brady to Welker will be heard all afternoon vs. the Rams.

The Rest

Mike Wallace vs. Was – The Skins DBs have no one that can keep with Wallace’s speed. He just needs to hold onto the ball.

Percy Harvin vs. TB – Harvin’s sensational year continues Thursday vs. a secondary missing their best player.

Vincent Jackson vs. Min – Jackson and Freeman have been on the same page from day 1. Look for Jackson to top 100 yards and a score on Thursday Night.

Hakeem Nicks vs. Dal – Nicks’ knee / foot is close to 100% and he’ll find the end zone this week.

Dez Bryant vs. NYG – Bryant has historically been a Giants killer although he’s off to a rough start in 2012.

Antonio Brown vs. Was – He’s a stronger play in PPR league but the Skins pass D is horrible.

Jeremy Maclin vs. ATL – Look for Philly’s passing game to find success vs. the Falcons D.

DeSean Jackson vs. ATL – Ditto for Jackson.

Brandon Marshall vs. Car – The Bears will overwhelm the Panthers secondary with Marshall this week.

Kenny Britt vs. Ind – Britt has the decided advantage vs. the Colts secondary this week.

Reggie Wayne vs. Ten – Luck and Wayne will hook up for over 80 yards and a score.

Miles Austin vs. NYG – The Giants pass defense has given up large amounts of yards this year.

Steve Smith vs. Chi – Smith has always been a terror to the Bears. Look for 75 yards and a garbage time TD.

Dwayne Bowe vs. Oak – You hate the switch to QB Brady Quinn but like Bowe against the Raiders DBs.

Eric Decker vs NO -The Broncos will light the Saints up through the air.

Marques Colston vs. Den – The Saints and Colston will get theirs too.

Lance Moore vs. Den – Moore will be targeted 8-10 times for 90 yards with a TD.

Sidney Rice vs. Det – Look for Wilson to hit Rice on a long TD Sunday.

Larry Fitzgerald vs. SF – Fitzgerald’s fantasy stock is low this week vs. a defense which should have little problem stifling the Cards offense.

Brian Hartline vs. NYJ – The sneaky receiver will top 75 yards with a TD against a secondary that likes to take chances.

Santana Moss vs. Pit – With so many skill players down Moss plays a more prominent role in RGIII’s offense.

Josh Gordon vs. SD – Gordon’s an excellent fantasy sleeper to reel in a long TD on Sunday.

Malcolm Floyd vs. Cle – Look for the lanky receiver to top 70 yards with a score in Cleveland.

Randall Cobb vs. Jax – Jennings injury has led to his emergence as a viable fantasy threat each week.

1. Roddy White vs. Oak – White will torch the porous Raiders secondary for over 100 yards and a TD.

2. Calvin Johnson vs. Phi – The Eagles D can be beaten up top. Look for Megatron to burn CB Asomgha for a long score on Sunday.

3. Mike Wallace vs. Ten – The Titans have no one that can say with Wallace down the field.

4. AJ Green vs. Cle – Even with CB Joe Haden returning, Green will torch this secondary.

Next

Julio Jones vs. Oak – He’ll get in on the throwing party going on in Atlanta this week. 100 yards plus a TD.

Larry Fitzgerald vs. Buf – The Bills secondary might be the worst in the NFL and the Cards will be throwing this week.

Victor Cruz vs. SF – He had a huge NFC Title game and is coming off a 3 TD game. He’ll be especially strong in PPR leagues this week.

The Rest

Andre Johnson vs. GB – Reggie Wayne just put on a show against GB and it’ll be Johnson’s turn this week vs. the Pack.

Wes Welker vs. Sea – Look for a lot of catches over the middle and a potential red zone TD.

Demaryius Thomas vs. SD – Thomas’ deep speed will prove too much for the Chargers on Monday Night.

DeSean Jackson vs. Det – The Lions DBs will not be able to stay with Jackson.

Jeremy Maclin vs. Det – This is a very strong start for Maclin too.

Jordy Nelson vs. Hou – The Packers will be throwing all evening and Nelson will once again be a prime target. If Jennings is back, start him too.

Percy Harvin vs. Was – He’s a No. 1 in fantasy football this week against an extremely poor pass D.

Kenny Britt vs. Pit – The loss of S Troy Polamalu changes the entire complexion of the defense. Britt will top 75 yards and find the end zone.

Mario Manningham vs. NYG - Manningham’s a solid flex play and expect the 49ers to have a few wrinkles when he faces his old teammates.

Michael Crabtree vs. NYG – If the 49ers get their running game going, that will open up plays for Crabtree. Look for 60-70 yards and a TD.

Stevie Johnson vs. Arz – His deep speed could have him on the end of a long TD pass.

Dwayne Bowe vs. TB – QB play hurts him, but he continues to find ways to get open and put up solid fantasy points on the board.

Vincent Jackson vs. KC – Look for 80 yards plus a TD this week.

Miles Austin vs. Bal – The Cowboys will be throwing all afternoon in Baltimore.

Reggie Wayne vs. NYJ – Luck and Wayne will be able to hook up for 75 yards and a TD here.

Hakeem Nicks vs. SF – Check his status, but if he can return this week, make sure he is in your fantasy lineup.

Anquan Boldin vs. Dal – He’ll be more effective in PPR leagues as the Cowboys’ DBs are tough down the field, so look for more over the middle type pass plays.

Dez Bryant vs. Bal – Dez is a low No. 2 fantasy play this week but could bust out after a poor showing on Monday Night two weeks ago.

Antonio Brown vs. Ten – The Titans don’t cover period.

Malcolm Floyd vs. Den – The Chargers tall receiver will find the end zone in Week 6.
