Top pick

1. Denver Broncos (-7) vs. Ind – The Colts are playing on house money in the 2nd round. They can’t run the ball nor defense the run very well, and beat an undermanned Bengals team to get here. Their season will end this weekend. Denver is well rested, gets some key members back on D (LB Brandon Marshall), and will destroy Indy’s defense with its run / pass attack. Look for the Broncos to easily cover the point spread.

Next

2. Seattle Seahawks (-10.5) vs. Car – These teams have met each of the last two seasons and each contest has been close. Each contest has also been in Carolina. This one moves to Seattle. Look for the Seahawks D to bear down on Newton all evening and force mistakes while limiting points. Seattle will win by more than two TDs.

3. Baltimore Ravens (+7) vs. NE – The Patriots will win this game. The success Baltimore had against New England in the playoffs came before the Patriots went out and got a legit D. They have one now and CB Revis lets Belichick do a lot of things. But Baltimore matches up well against the Patriots strengths and this should come down to the wire again.

4. Green Bay Packers (-5.5) vs. Dal – The only way this should remain close is if Aaron Rodgers injury is worse than the team is letting on. Otherwise, this is a mismatch. The Packers offense will dominate the Cowboys D and control the clock. On the other side of the ball while the Cowboys will have success on the ground, Green Bay’s D is opportunistic – especially at home, and will force one or two key turnovers.

Cream of the crop

1. Jimmy Graham vs. TB – The upgrade at safety for TB will not matter vs. Graham.

2. Vernon Davis vs. Sea – Kaep and Davis will hook up for another TD this week after his two TD performance vs. GB.

3. Julius Thomas vs. NYG – The athletic TE will pose all sorts of problems for the Giants secondary after taking the fantasy football world by storm in the opener.

4. Jason Witten vs. KC – Look for Romo to hit Witten 7+ times and he’ll find the end zone.

Not too far behind

Tony Gonzalez vs. Stl – All he does is find the end zone.

Jared Cook vs. Atl – The Falcons are really lacking in the secondary and Cook was scary good against the Cards.

Greg Olsen vs. Buf – Expect Olsen to find a lot of room over the middle vs. this Bills D.

Rounding things out

Antonio Gates vs. Phi – Gates will abuse the middle of this defense.

Jermichael Finley vs. Was – The speedy TE will find lots of success this week. The Skins secondary is lacking.

Owen Daniels vs. Ten – Expect Daniels to find the end zone once again.

Scott Chandler vs. Car – Manuel looked his big TE’s way a lot in Week 1 and will continue to do so as he matures.

Kellen Winslow vs. NE – The Pats D looked soft in the secondary and Geno Smith targeted Winslow heavily after he entered the lineup.

Brent Myers vs. Den – Eli’s new TE will be on the receiving end of plenty of pass this week.

Jordan Cameron vs. Bal – He shined in Week 1. Looks to be Weeden’s top target until Josh Gordon is back.

Brent Celek vs. SD – Chip Kelly plans to spread the ball around, and Celek is a nice safety valve for Vick.

Dallas Clark vs. Cle – Ed Dickson’s inability to catch the ball is giving new life to Clark.

Potential Bust – Beware

Kyle Rudolph vs. Chi – QB Christian Ponder was horrible vs. the Lions and the Bears cover better.

11. Antonio Gates, SD – This is as low as Gates has ever been, but age is starting to catch up to him. However, he will still be a major threat in the passing game. He’s a bit of a fantasy sleeper in 2013 but look for him to excel in the new system.

12. Owen Daniels, Hou – Daniels is a steady, unexciting fantasy TE. He’s a low No. 1, border line high No. 2 in this offense.

13. Martellus Bennett, Chi - Bennett posted solid numbers in his lone year in New York and should be targeted regularly playing with Cutler.

14. Fred Davis, Was – He is coming off a torn achilles and apparently fully healthy. He’ll be a big weapon in this year’s version of the Skins offense.

15. Jared Cook, Stl - Cook has a TON of potential and could thrive in the Rams offense. He’s an excellent fantasy sleeper in 2013 and could end up a top 10 producer at TE.

16. Ed Dickson, Bal – Dickson looked like he was poised to breakout a year ago but Dennis Pitta stepped up. Pitta is gone for the season so now’s Dickson chance. Flacco is going to look his way early and often and he could end up more than a No. 2 in fantasy.

17. Jake Ballard, NE - Ballard’s a much different player than Aaron Hernandez and lacks speed, but has great hands. If his knee is healthy and Gronkowski is limited or unable to go, his value increases greatly.

18. Dustin Keller, Mia – His skills were never fully appreciated in NYJ. We don’t see that being a problem in Miami.

19. Coby Fleener, Ind – Expect a big move forward for Fleener in year twi.

20. Jordan Cameron, Cle - The Browns will be running a new offense which will incorporate the TE more. Cameron could end up top 15.

1. Jimmy Graham vs. Oak – Each and every week, he’s a beast. He’ll torch Oakland for 100 yards and 2 TDs.

2. Rob Gronkowski vs. Ind – Tom Brady spreads the love a bit more but Gronkowski will still hit 15-20 fantasy football points this week.

3. Jason Witten vs. Cle – Witten will hit 80 yards with a TD this week.

4. Antonio Gates vs. Den – Look for Rivers to target his safety valve for 80 yards with a score.

Next

Tony Gonzalez vs. Arz – Tony G is on fire. He’ll have another huge game with a trip to the end zone.

Greg Olsen vs. TB – Newton is targeting Olsen more frequently and it’s showing up in the results. He’ll top 70 yards with a TD vs. the Bucs.

Vernon Davis vs. Chi – We’d expect the 49ers to simplify the passing game and target Davis 6-8 times on MNF.

The Rest

Owen Daniels vs. Jax – He should be back this week and will find the end zone vs. the Jags.

Dustin Keller vs. Stl. – He’s becoming a top option for Sanchez and will reel in 7+ balls this weekend.

Aaron Hernandez vs. Ind – Check his health status but if ready to go, make sure he’s in your lineup. Brady’s looking his way near the goal line more often this year.

Heath Miller vs. Bal – With Roethlisberger out, Miller will be targeted heavily on Sunday Night.

Brandon Pettigrew vs. GB – In what will likely be a shootout, look for Pettigrew to catch a red zone TD.

Jermichael Finley vs. Det – Perhaps the bye week helped Rodgers and him get back on the same page. The Lions pass D is weak regardless and vulernble to TEs.

Brent Celek vs. Was – We expect rookie QB Nick Foles to target his TE a lot this week.

1. Rob Gronkowski vs. Buf – Brady always picks on the Bills secondary… with Gronkowski. He’ll top 100 yards with 1-2 TDs and is the top fantasy football TE this week.

2. Jimmy Graham vs. Atl – Graham will also top 100 yards with a score in this shootout.

3. Tony Gonzalez vs. NO – Matt Ryan will attack the Saints pass D all day.

4. Vernon Davis vs. Stl – The Rams coverage against opposing TEs is suspect.

Next

Antonio Gates vs. TB – He’ll be in Rivers’ sights all afternoon.

Greg Olsen vs. Den – The Broncos CB’s are solid but they can be hurt by TEs.

Jason Witten vs. Phi – Witten will find lots of room to work against the Eagles DBs.

The Rest

Owen Daniels vs. Chi – Look for Daniels to find the end zone on Sunday Night.

Aaron Hernandez vs. Buf -There will be plenty of love to go around. Hernandez’s ankle should be healed.

Dustin Keller vs. Sea – The Jets will target Keller for 60 yards and a TD in the Pacific Northwest.

Heath Miller vs. KC – Miller finds the end zone on Monday Night.

Scott Chandler vs. NE – He’s put up big games vs the Patriots in recent years.

Jermaine Gresham vs. NYG – The Giants have had trouble covering TEs in recent week. Look for Gresham to top 60 yards with a red zone score.

Martellus Bennett vs. Cin – Look for Eli Manning to try and involve Bennett more to take pressure off of the WRs.

Brandon Pettigrew vs. Min – Pettigrew’s had some big games vs. the Vikings. Look for more of that this week.

Brent Celek vs. Dal – Look for the Eagles to target Celek all afternoon on quick passes to minimize the Cowboys pass rush effectiveness.

Dennis Pitta vs. Oak – His numbers have dropped off recently but the Raiders are a welcomed sight.

Anthony Fasano vs. Ten – He’s a red zone TD candidate vs. a demoralized Titans squad.

Brandon Myers vs. Bal – The Raiders will need to pass the ball a lot this week.

1. Jimmy Graham vs. TB – Graham will be back to his old ways with a 100 yard effort with a TD.

2. Jason Witten vs. Car – Witten will shine on Sunday and be in Romo’s sights all afternoon.

3. Rob Gronkowsi vs. NYJ – Gronkowski’s always been a Jet killer.

4. Vernon Davis vs. Sea – Davis will bounce back from his poor showing in Week 6 to top 80 yards with a TD this Thursday.

Next

Greg Olsen vs. Dal – The Cowboys are banged up in the secondary.

Jermichael Finley vs. Stl – He and Aaron Rodgers haven’t been on the same page but will hook up for a TD here.

Jermaine Gresham vs. Pit – The Steelers sans S Troy Polamalu are very weak in the secondary.

The Rest

Aaron Hernandez vs. NYJ – Who will the Jets cover? Hernandez has done well vs. Ryan’s D historically.

Owen Daniels vs. Bal – He’s now the 2nd passing option for Houston.

Dennis Pitta vs. Hou – The Ravens will be in a lot of shootouts which will help Pitta.

Fred Davis vs. NYG – The Giants have been tough on TEs but could be a red zone threat.

Martellus Bennett vs. Was – The Skins secondary is a vulnerable unit.

Jared Cook vs. Buf – The speedy TE has a promising match-up vs. Buffalo.

Heath Miller vs. Cin – The Bengals have coverage issues, especially vs. TEs.

Brandon Pettigrew vs. Chi – The Bears pass rush will force Stafford to get the ball out early. Pettigrew is a solid start especially in PPR leagues.

Kyle Rudolph vs. Arz – Look for QB Christian Ponder to target his TE near the red zone.

2. Jimmy Graham vs. TB – His string of four 100 hundred yard games snapped against St. Louis. It’ll start again this week.

3. Jason Witten vs. Sea – The Seahawks don’t cover TEs very well.

4. Jermichael Finley vs. SD – Look for Finley to terrorize the middle of the field in San Diego.

Next

Rob Gronkowski vs. NYG – The Giants have struggled against opposing TEs in ’11.

Aaron Hernandez vs. NYG – His counterpart will also be featured on Sunday.

Tony Gonzalez vs. Ind – This is an easy match-up for Tony G.

The Rest

Brent Celek vs. Chi – It appears Michael Vick will make Celek a larger part of the game plan moving forward.

Vernon Davis vs. Was – Buffalo’s TE just reeled in 2 TDs vs. the Skins.

Owen Daniels vs. Cle – Daniels role sho

uld remain strong even with Johnson coming back.

Heath Miller vs. Bal – It looks like Big Ben will continue looking Miller’s way in the underneath game.

Jake Ballard vs. NE – The Patriots D is atrocious. Eli will target his TE early and often after watching Pittsburgh shred the D this way.

Jermaine Gresham vs. TN – Gresham should be healthy and will once again receive many of Dalton’s looks.

Scott Chandler vs. NYJ – Expect his number to be called in the red zone.

Kevin Boss vs. Den – Palmer will look towards his safety valve as he familiarizes himself in the offense.

Fantasy Sleeper

Dustin Keller vs. Buf – The Bills secondary has been exposed against TEs and Keller is one of Sanchez main threats. Look for Keller to be a solid fantasy sleeper and produce a big day against the Bills.
