    Must Start

Aaron Rodgers, Andrew Luck, Drew Brees and Tom Brady

    Tier 1

Peyton Manning vs. Cin – The Broncos new offense moves Manning down a few notches in fantasy.

Matt Stafford vs. Chi – Chicago’s D is horrendous.

Tony Romo vs. Dal – The Cowboys may rely more heavily on Romo with Murray’s status uncertain.

Matt Ryan vs. NO – This is a dream match-up for Ryan owners. Even more so with Julio Jones back.

    Tier 2

Russell Wilson vs. Arz – The pass D is still an area teams exploit against the Falcons.

Eli Manning vs. Stl – ODB has returned Eli to fantasy relevance. He’s a 15-18 point candidate here.

    Bust

Ben Roethlisberger vs. KC – Kansas City sports the top rated pass D.

    Fantasy Sleeper

Mark Sanchez vs. Was – Sanchez killed a lot of fantasy teams’ hopes in the divisional round. Lucky for him this is a great match-up.

    2014 Fantasy Football

2007 New York Giants season, Dallas Cowboys, dez bryant, Eli Manning, Matthew Stafford, MetLife Stadium, NBC Sunday Night Football, New York, NFC East, Tony Romo

  • 2014 NFL Picks: Week 15

    Top Pick

    1. Seattle Seahawks (-10) vs. SF – It’s over in San Francisco for Jim Harbaugh and Pete Carroll’s squad will put the final nail in the coffin. It’s fitting with their rivalry over the years. QB Colin Kaepernick is struggling horribly as is the entire offense. Expect the Seahawks to roll and easily top the point spread.

    Next

    2. Detroit Lions (-7) vs. Min – Teddy Bridgewater is improving, but still a rookie. The Lions D is legit. Matt Stafford may make a few mistakes but the Lions will win by double digits at home.

    3. New York Giants (-6.5) vs. Was – If RGIII gets the call this could be a blowout. The Giants will still cover with Colt McCoy behind center.

    4. Cincinnati Bengals (+1) vs. Cle – See money line bet.

    Rounding Things Out

Denver Broncos (-4) vs. SD – Denver is getting a few key pieces back.

Tennessee Titans (+2.5) vs. NYJ – It’s Geno Smith and the Jets.

Philadelphia Eagles (-3) vs. Dal – The Eagles are slightly ahead of the Cowboys and Dallas’s D is wearing down.

    Money Line Bet

Cincinnati Bengals (+105) vs. Cle – Johnny Manziel brings a lot of hype but little experience. The Bengals D will have a few tricks that will force turnovers. Expect a close affair which the Bengals pull out in the end.

    Must Start

    Seattle, Detroit and St. Louis

    Tier 1

New England Patriots vs. Mia – This D is playing at a very high level.

Kansas City Chiefs vs. Oak – The Raiders lost 52-0 last time they played on the road.

Arizona Cardinals vs. Stl – It’s still Shaun Hill starting. Expect a few turnovers.

New York Giants vs. Was – With the Giants moving to young players they’re making plays. Facing lesser competition doesn’t hurt too.

Baltimore Ravens vs. Jax – Nothing makes Ravens owners happier than seeing Jacksonville on their roster Week 15.

    Tier 2

Cleveland Browns vs. Cin – They dominated Dalton and Co. last time.

Denver Broncos vs. SD – The Chargers are struggling and will turn the ball over a few times.

Philadelphia Eagles vs. Dal – Expect multiple turnovers.

    Bust

San Francisco 49ers vs. Sea – Expect the 49ers offense to put its D in tough situations and for Seattle to put up 30.

    Fantasy Sleeper

Cincinnati Bengals vs. Cle – Marvin Lewis will have a defense to stop Manziel.

    Must Start

    Rob Gronkowski and Jimmy Graham

    Tier 1

Antonio Gates vs. Den – Expect the Chargers to pass a lot here.

Martellus Bennett vs. NO – Marshall’s absence means more passes his way.

Jason Witten vs. Phi – Look for Romo to use Witten frequently to offset the Eagles pass rush.

Julius Thomas vs. SD – Tough to rely on him but he’s in your line up if he goes.

Travis Kelce vs. Oak – Excellent matchup against the lowly Raiders.

Delanie Walker vs. NYJ – The Titans are turning back to Locker and are down multiple receivers. Look for Walker to be heavily involved.

    Tier 2

Larry Donnell vs. Was – He’ll find the end zone this week.

Dwayne Allen vs. Hou – Allen’s matchup is favorable in this one.

    Bust

Vernon Davis vs. Sea – it’s over in San Francisco. Can’t rely on Davis against a top tier D.

    Fantasy Sleeper

Heath Miller vs. Atl – Look for Big Ben to get him involved on Sunday.

    Must Start

Calvin Johnson, Antonio Brown, Julio Jones, Dez Bryant and Demaryius Thomas

    Tier 1

Jordy Nelson vs. Buf – The Bills cover than people think.

Odell Beckham vs. Was – The superstar rookie will abuse the Skins secondary.

Alshon Jeffery vs. NO – He instantly becomes a top tier No. 1 with Brandon Marshall out.

TY Hilton vs. Hou – Hilton went over 200 yards in their last game. Look for another solid effort.

AJ Green vs. Cle – Joe Haden usually plays Green tough.

Roddy White vs. Pit – Expect the Falcons to have success in the air.

Emmanuel Sanders vs. SD – The Chargers feature a top 10 pass D but Sanders put up 3 TDs and 100 yards in their 1st outing.

Mike Evans vs. Car – The rookie is still on a tear. That will continue against the Panthers.

Jeremy Maclin vs. Dal – Maclin should own the Cowboys D.

    Tier 2

DeAndre Hopkins vs. Ind – Hopkins has a decided advantage when CB Vontae Davis isn’t covering him.

Sammy Watkins vs. GB – The previously stingy Packers pass D looked atrocious Monday Night.

Randall Cobb vs. Buf – He might have more success than Nelson.

Keenan Allen vs. Den – Allen plays well against the Broncos.

Julian Edleman vs. Mia – Solid play in PPR leagues.

Kenny Stills vs. Chi – Stills threw in a stinker in Week 14. Chicago is a much more favorable matchup.

Josh Gordon vs. Cin – Going with Johnny Manziel will impact Gordon’s standing.

Steve Smith vs. Jax – Smith will have a field day against the lowly Jags.

Pierre Garcon vs. NYG – Jackson’s injury improves Garcon’s value.

    Bust

Michael Crabtree vs. Sea – Kaepernick is struggling mightily and this is not the defense to get back on track.

    Fantasy Sleeper

Martavis Bryant vs. Atl – His deep speed is deadly and the Falcons don’t cover well.

    Must Start

Jamaal Charles, Matt Forte, Le’Veon Bell, Arian Foster and LeSean McCoy

    Tier 1

Marshawn Lynch vs. SF – Lynch is the one back who consistently tops 100 yards against the 49ers.

DeMarco Murray vs. Phi – The Eagles stopped him last time. Tough matchup right back.

Justin Forsett vs. Jax – Forsett will top 125 yards with a TD against the lowly Jags.

Mark Ingram vs. Chi – There are gaping holes in the middle of the Bears D.

Chris Ivory vs. Ten – The Titans D is a sieve.

CJ Anderson vs. SD – All of the attention paid towards Manning has opened things up for Anderson. Look for 100 yards with a TD.

Joique Bell vs. Min – Look for 90 yards with a TD. Bell is the goal line back.

Fred Jackson vs. GB – Value in PPR league.

Eddie Lacy vs. Buf – Lacy will hit 13-17 FFL points but the Bills D is formidable.

    Tier 2

Legarrette Blount vs. Mia – The Dolphins run D is very poor. Blount should receive 20 carries and find the end zone.

Daniel Herron vs. Hou – The Texans are middle of the pack stopping the run. Herron will notch 5 receptions as well.

Jeremy Hill vs. Cle – Look for a big bounce back after their last outing.

Giovani Bernard vs. Cle – Expect 8-11 points. The timeshare impacts both players.

Alfred Morris vs. NYG – The Giants are the 2nd worst team against the run.

Rashad Jennings vs. Was – Injury makes his status a question mark.

    Bust

Frank Gore vs. Sea – Seattle will end the 49ers season and keep Gore in check.

    Fantasy Sleeper

Chris Johnson vs. Ten – The Titans are the worst team against the run in the NFL. A little payback against his former team.

Tom Brady vs. Mia – Brady will top 250 yards with 2-3 TDs.

Aaron Rodgers vs. Buf – This is a trickier matchup. The Bills D is tough – especially at home.

Philip Rivers vs. Den – Expect 22-25 FFL points vs. the Broncos.

Tony Romo vs. Phi – Look for a bounce back from the last performance against the Eagles.

Cam Newton vs. TB – Newton is coming off a monster performance and faces a healthy matchup here.

Drew Brees vs. Chi – Brees threw in a stinker in Week 14. The Bears D is poor.

Jay Cutler vs. No – Only because the Saints D is just as bad.

    Tier 2

Eli Manning vs. Was -Manning will hit 13-17 FFL points against the Skins.

Mark Sanchez vs. Dal – The Cowboys D is winded. Sanchez will put up 3 TDs and 225 yards against this unit.

    Bust

Ryan Tannehill vs. NE – The Patriots D will force a few turnovers.

    Fantasy Sleeper

Joe Flacco vs. Jax – Jacksonville’s D is ripe to give up a lot of pass yards.

  • 2014 NFL Picks: Week 14

    View Comments

    Top Pick

    1. Green Bay Packers (-13) vs. Atl – Until the Patriots, the Packers were putting up an insane amount of points at home and blowing teams out. That will happen on Monday Night. Look for Green Bay to put up 40+.

    Next

    2. New England Patriots (-3.5) vs. SD – The Pats have been on fire before meeting Aaron Rodgers and Co. a week ago. They still had a chance to pull that out in the end too. Look for New England to head into San Diego and win by a TD. Their D is playing very well and offensively, Brady and Co. will prove too much for the Chargers.

    3. Denver Broncos (-10) vs. Buf – Mile High is a very difficult place to play and it won’t be any easier for a Kyle Orton led team.

    4. Baltimore Ravens (+2.5) vs. Mia – See money line bet.

    Rounding Things Out

Cincinnati Bengals (-3) vs. Pit – The Steelers struggle on the road and are catching Cincinnati as they get healthy on D.

New Orleans Saints (-10) vs. Car – Brees and Co. will run it up on their division foe.

Detroit Lions (-10) vs. TB – The Lions have been very tough at home.

    Money Line Bet

Baltimore Ravens (+125) vs. Mia – The Fins come off a short week in which they pulled out an underwhelming win over the Jets. They catch a break with DT Haloti Ngata out but the Ravens match up well against Miami and will eek out the close win.

    Must Start

San Francisco,  Denver and Green Bay

    Tier 1

Houston Texans vs. Jax – JJ Watt and Co. will force 3+ turnovers.

Detroit Lions vs. TB – Josh McCown is a turnover waiting to happen.

Cincinnati Bengals vs. Pit – The Steelers are a very different road team. The Bengals are getting healthy defensively.

Minnesota Vikings vs. NYJ – Minnesota welcomes the sight of QB Geno Smith.

Indianapolis Colts vs. Cle – The Colts D is a better play if QB Manziel starts.

    Tier 2

Seattle Seahawks vs. Phi – The Seahawks will limit Sanchez’s effectiveness and force multiple TDs.

New England Patriots vs. SD – New England’s D will clamp down on Rivers and Co. Very tough to pass on this unit.

Philadelphia Eagles vs. Sea – The attacking Eagles D will keep the Seahawks to under 17 points.

    Bust

Buffalo Bills vs. Den – It’s tough on any defense to perform well in Denver.

    Fantasy Sleeper

New Orleans Saints vs. Car – The Saints D put the clamps on Newton and Co. in Carolina and the Panthers come into this in no better shape.

    Bust
