1. Jason Witten vs. Was – Witten’s matchup gives him top billing.

2. Vernon Davis vs. Atl – This is a stellar slot for Davis who will obliterate the Falcons secondary.

3. Jimmy Graham vs. Car – Tough match-up but look for Peyton to get Graham involved.

4. Julius Thomas vs. Hou – Thomas will top 80 yards with 1-2 TDs.

Not far behind

Fred Davis vs. Dal – Whichever TE starts vs. Dal make sure he’s in your lineup. The Cowboys pass D is horrendous.

Brent Celek vs. Chi – Chip Kelly will exploit mismatches against this Bears secondary.

Antonio Gates vs. Oak – Gates typically performs well against the Raiders.

Rounding things out

Greg Olsen vs. NO – Look for Olsen and the Panthers to have much better success this go around.

Dennis Pitta vs. NE – The Patriots pass D has been soft of late.

Delanie Walker vs. Ten – He is another one that’s stepped up in recent weeks.

Charles Clay vs. Buf – Clay will rebound with a 60 yard game with a score.

Jordan Cameron vs. NYJ – He’s a low No. 1 but should be in your fantasy football playoff final.

Potential Bust – Beware

Tony Gonzalez vs. SF – Gonzalez’s farewell tour with hit a bump in SF.

1. Jamaal Charles vs. Ind – Charles unreal fantasy effort in Week 15 will be followed up by a 150 yard effort and multiple TDs.

2. Adrian Peterson vs. Cin – Look for Peterson to top 125 yards with a score.

3. LeSean McCoy vs. Chi – The Bears have had difficulty stopping the run all season.

4. Marshawn Lynch vs. Arz – The Seahawks will ride Lynch to the top seed in the NFC.

Not far behind

Matt Forte vs. Phi – Forte will top 100 yards with 1-2 TDs.

Frank Gore vs. Atl – The 49ers will be playing with a large lead in this one.

Eddie Lacy vs. Pit – GB will ride its horse again in this one.

Rounding things out

Reggie Bush vs. NYG – Look for the dynamic threat to hurt the Giants in the passing game.

Alfred Morris vs. Dal – The Cowboys run D is atrocious.

Giovani Bernard vs. Min – The dynamic rookie will excel in the passing game.

DeMarco Murray vs. Was – Murray’s been on a roll of late and that will continue here.

Shane Vereen vs. Bal – Expect Vereen to be used more heavily than last week.

Ray Rice vs. NE –The Pats run D has many holes in it.

CJ Spiller vs. Mia – He has performed much better at home in ’13.

Knowshon Moreno vs. Hou – Moreno will bounce back this week.

Ryan Matthews vs. Oak – Matthews has raised his game in McCoy’s offense. This will be another 100 yard effort.

Le’veon Bell vs. GB – Bell will hit 12-15 fantasy points on Sunday.

Chris Johnson vs. Jax – Look for Johnson to reach the end zone and top 80 yards.

Lamar Miller vs. Buf – He’s a No. 2 / flex play due to his time split with Daniel Thomas.

Potential Bust – Beware

Andre Brown vs. Det – Look for the Lions D Line to overwhelm the Giants offense and stuff Brown.

Best Bet

1. Seattle Seahawks (-3) vs. Was – The Skins are on a roll, but aside from the Ravens and Giants, who tanked over the 2nd half, no other team they beat had a winning record.

The Seahawks enter red hot and are no longer slouches on the road.

They’ll win this by a TD and cover the point spread.

Next

2. Green Bay Packers (-8.5) vs. Min – GB is finally getting healthy on defense, with CB Charles Woodson back in the fold, and Aaron Rodgers will be getting WR Randal Cobb back too.

While the Vikings are hot, Lambeau is never an easy place to play in the post season and RB Adrian Peterson would need to have another monster day to keep this close. He might go off again, but look for GB regardless to win by double digits.

3. Cincinnati Bengals (+4.5) vs. Hou – The Texans improbable fall will continue on Saturday. Once slated to have home field throughout the playoffs, the Texans lost three of four – including their last two – and fell all the way to the No. 3 seed.

The Bengals enter this a year older and playing very well defensively, and will pull off the upset. They’re a good money line bet at +190.

4. Indianapolis Colts (+7) vs. Bal – Aside from the Ravens convincing win over the Giants, who failed to show up, Baltimore did nothing the final month of the season.

So it’s difficult to gauge how well they’ll play in this contest. The Colts on the other hand are playing with house money because no one expected them to be here, and will keep it close throughout.

1. Adrian Peterson vs. Hou – It doesn’t matter who tries to stop him right now.

2. Arian Foster vs. Min – The two premier backs face each other. Foster has the easier match-up.

3. Ray Rice vs. NYG – The Giants run D has been soft.

4. DeMarco Murray vs. NO – This has 100 yards with a score written all over it.

Next

Jamaal Charles vs. Ind – He’s the lone bright spot on a dysmal Chiefs offense.

Frank Gore vs. Sea – Gore gashed the Seahawks last time around. It’ll happen again.

Alfred Morris vs. Phi – The Skins keep feeding him the ball and he keeps producing.

The Rest

Stevan Ridley vs. Jax – Look for a big bounce back here.

Ahmad Bradshaw vs. Bal – The Ravens D isn’t nearly as good as it was.

LeSean McCoy vs. Was – If he’s cleared to play, he’s like found money for teams in the fantasy finals.

CJ Spiller vs. Mia – May find more productivity as a receiver than runner.

Marshawn Lynch vs. SF – This is not an easy match-up, but Lynch has run hard against this D in the past.

Matt Forte vs. Arz – The Bears will rely heavily on him.

Doug Martin vs. Stl – He’ll find success against a Rams run D that was just torched.

Trent Richardson vs. Den – The Browns will try and play ball control.

Knowshon Moreno vs. Cle – The resurrection of his career continues here.

2. Cam Newton vs. Oak – Newton will continue to roll vs. the Raiders D.

3. Tom Brady vs. Jax – The only thing which will hurt Brady’s numbers is a big lead.

4. Tony Romo vs. NO – Everyone lights up the Saints.

Next

Peyton Manning vs. Cle – The Broncos secondary is in for a long day this week.

Matt Ryan vs. Det – The Falcons skill players will overwhelm Detroit’s D.

Drew Brees vs. Dal – He’s coming off a 4 TD performance.

The Rest

Andrew Luck vs. KC – He’s hit a bit of a rookie wall but the Chiefs should help him get past that.

Ben Roethlisberger vs. Cin – Big Ben’s had big games vs. the Bengals.

Matt Stafford vs. ATL – Stafford will bounce back at home.

Eli Manning vs. Bal – One week on, another off. This week he’ll be on.

Colin Kaepernick vs. Sea – He’s a dynamic young talent and the Seahawks could be without their other CB if he loses his appeal.

It’s down to the final weeks in suicide pools and some require choosing multiple teams. For many, it’s slim pickings from here on out. Here is our picks for this week’s suicide pool.

Top pick

1. Detroit Lions vs. Arz – When you’re forced to turn to rookie QB Ryan Lindey, it’s bad. Real bad. Even the Lions, in the midst of a long losing streak themselves, will roll easily here.

Next

2. St. Louis Rams vs. Min – QB Christian Ponder is not to be trusted on the road (or home for that matter). The Rams have a decent shot of winning out.

3. Cleveland Browns vs. Was – If QB RGIII doesn’t play, this prediction looks a whole lot better. If he does, the Browns still have a great shot at winning as they’ve been very hot over the past month. The Skins are ripe for a letdown.

1. Seattle Seahawks vs. Buf – The late start time helps Seattle out even more.

2. New York Jets vs. Ten – This D is playing pretty well of late.

3. Cincinnati Bengals vs. Phi – The Bengals D won’t let Foles comeback in the 4th quarter.

4. New England Patriots vs. SF – Belichick will have some wrinkles for QB Colin Kaepernick.

Next

Miami Dolphins vs. Jax – Miami’s looking to bury their old QB.

Detroit Lions vs. Arz – This is a BIG opportunity for the Lions facing the rookie QB again.

Denver Broncos vs. Bal – It’s always a bit tricky facing the Ravens in Baltimore.

The Rest

Cleveland Browns vs. Was – If RGIII can’t go, their ranking improves.

St. Louis Rams vs. Min – Aside from Adrian Peterson, no one else scares the Rams.

Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Dal – The Steelers will bounce back with a big game here.

New York Giants vs. Atl – The Giants two best games came against the 49ers and Packers, two of the best teams in the conference.

Green Bay Packers vs. Chi – The return of Mathews and Woodson would prove big.
