It’s onto Week 6 of the NFL Suicide Pool. There were some close calls (Saints, Pittsburgh) and then there was the Lions, who missed three FGs and sent a large number home after Dan Carpenter’s 58 yard GW FG.
Here are our top three picks for the NFL Suicide Pool in Week 6.
Top Pick
1. Seattle Seahawks vs. Dal – The Cowboys have been a nice story thus far and are quite strong offensively, especially in the run game. But that has come against inferior competition to what they will face on Sunday. Look for the Seahawks, who are better on both sides of the ball than Dal, to win by at least 10 points playing at home.

2. Denver Broncos vs. NY Jets – If you haven’t used the Broncos, there is no better day to do so. The Jets are HORRIBLE right now and will be lucky to keep the score within 20 when all is said and done.
3. Detroit Lions vs. Min – They broke many hearts last week but are the right pick this week. The Vikings are starting QB Teddy Bridgewater and while he had success against the Falcons, the Lions are not the Falcons. Especially on D. Playing without Calvin Johnson will limit things Detroit can do on offense, but they’ll still beat their rival.
