Cream of the crop
1. Calvin Johnson vs. Min – 150 yards and 2 TDs? Why not, the Vikings have no one that can cover him.
2. Julio Jones vs. NO – Can you name the Saints starting CBs? We can’t either. Jones will explode on Sunday.
3. Andre Johnson vs. SD – Johnson will be able to do whatever he wants against this downtrodden secondary.
4. Dez Bryant vs. NYG –Bryant has been a Giants’ killer over his career.
Not far behind
Roddy White vs. NO – He should be healthy, and if so, in your starting lineup.
Demaryius Thomas vs. Bal – He’s a threat to break a long one on opening night.
AJ Green vs. Chi – The Bears have a talented secondary, but very few can stop Green.
Rounding things out
Vincent Jackson vs. NYJ – Expect Jackson to get the best of Cromarite and the Jets secondary in Week 1.
Hakeem Nicks vs. Dal – Nicks is fully healthy and will be back to his old self.
Larry Fitzgerald vs. Stl – The upgrade at QB will push Fitzgerald’s numbers back to the top.
Reggie Wayne vs. Oak – The Colts will have their way with the Raiders secondary on opening night.
Antonio Brown vs. Ten – The Titans haven’t done much to shore up their secondary.
Victor Cruz vs. Dal – The foot will not be a problem. Cruz will be a menace over the middle in this one.
Brandon Marshall vs. Cin – Cutler’s No. 1 guy will be targeted frequently in week 1 but faces a tough test.
Marques Colston vs. Atl – Slow and steady, Colston keeps producing. And the Falcons secondary is nothing special.
Anquan Boldin vs. GB – The Packers D will be in for a long day at the Stick.
Randall Cobb vs. SF – The Packers ability (or inability) to block up front will determine Cobb’s success.
James Jones vs. SF – Jones is a bit of a fantasy sleeper, but as the No. 3 threat, he could find the end zone and top 75 yards.
Torrey Smith vs. Den – Smith burned Champ Bailey in the post season and Bailey’s not getting any faster if he is even able to go.
Danny Amendola vs. Buf – The Patriots newest version of Wes Welker will torch the Bills.
Wes Welker vs. Bal – Lining up in the slot could earn Welker the most looks on Thursday night.
Mike Wallace vs. Cle –Wallace is familiar with this defense from his years in Pittsburgh.
Greg Jennings vs. Det – Ponder’s newest receiver will pay dividends vs. the Lions.
TY Hilton vs. Oak – The Colts other threat outside will torch the Raiders depressing secondary.
Pierre Garcon vs. Phi – Have you seen the Eagles DBs? Garcon should top 100 yards with a TD.
DeSean Jackson vs. Was – The secondary is a concern for the Skins.
Golden Tate vs. Car – Look for him to thrive most with Harvin out.
Dwayne Bowe vs. Jax – Look for Bowe to quickly become Smith’s top target.
Travon Austin vs. Arz – The Rams will move Austin all over the field and get him the ball multiple ways.
Cecil Shorts vs. KC – Expect him to pick up where he left off last year and is a solid No. 2 / flex play in the opener.
Beware
Steve Smith vs. Sea – The Seahawks DBs are physical and cover exceptionally well.
