1. Jimmy Graham vs. Atl – The Falcons were HORRENDOUS at covering opposing TEs a year ago. Not much has improved since then, and Graham is the best in the game.
2. Vernon Davis vs. GB – Davis will play a much larger role in the passing game and prove too much for the Packers.
3. Tony Gonzalez vs. NO – Tony G should be on the receiving end of a lot of passes here.
4. Jason Witten vs. NYG – The Giants are banged up at safety.
Not far behind
Jermichael Finley vs. SF – The 49ers are unproven at the safety position and Jennings loss means a more prominent role for Finley.
Antonio Gates vs. Hou – With uncertainty at the receiver position expect Rivers to target Gates early.
Kyle Rudolph vs. Det – The Lions are another team lacking at the secondary position.
Rounding things out
Owen Daniels vs. SD – The Chargers can be hurt over the middle.
Zach Miller vs. Car – Miller will provide over the middle support for Wilson in Week 1.
Jared Cook vs. Arz – The speedy TE will top 70 yards and reach the end zone vs. the Cardinals.
Fred Davis vs. Phi – He is fully healthy, and the Eagles are extremely weak in the back of their defense.
Ed Dickson vs. Den – Pitta’s injury moves Dickson to the forefront.
Brandon Myers vs. Dal – The Giants 4th passing option could be overlooked by the Cowboys D and quietly have a solid game.
Greg Olsen vs. Sea – Olsen has a tough match-up here, but could hit 50 yards and score a short yardage TD.
Zach Sudfeld vs. Buf – He could be an early season fantasy sleeper with Gronkowski on the mend.
Brandon Pettigrew vs. Min – Pettigrew is a No. 2 TE who’ll be good for 5-8 fantasy points per week.
Potential Bust – Beware
Jermaine Gresham vs. Chi – The Bears secondary was a strength which could limit Gresham’s productivity out of the gate.
