11. New York Jets - The Jets D will be solid. However, much of their success will hinge on the offense’s ability to score and hold onto the ball.
12. Green Bay Packers - Don’t start them Week 1 vs. the 49ers, but expect the Packers D to finish mid-pack in fantasy. They’re a low No. 1 unit.
13. Dallas Cowboys - There will be an adjustment to new DC Monte Kiffin‘s scheme, but there is a lot of talent on this unit if they can stay healthy. Could end up a top 7 fantasy football D/ST.
14. Miami Dolphins - Miami will pressure the QB and force turnovers after investing in that side of the ball this offseason.
15. New York Giants – The Giants are coming off a horrible year but have retooled and could return to a top 10 fantasy D/ST in 2013.
16. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - The back of this D will be stout after trading for CB Darrelle Revis and signing S Dashon Goldson. However, playing in the same division as New Orleans, Atlanta AND Carolina keeps them a No. 2 fantasy defense.
17. Baltimore Ravens – This D can be good, but will take a step back after the overhaul.
18. Washington Redskins - They’ll get Brian Orakpo back plus a few others, but there is still glaring holes in the pass defense.
19. Atlanta Falcons - Again, their division is one of the best in the business offensively. DC Mike Nolan is creative but not that good to overcome the offensive units in the NFC South.
20. Cleveland Browns - This is a solid fantasy sleeper in 2013. The Browns are young, talented, and catch an AFC North in a potential down year. Look for the front seven to force turnovers and get after the QB.
