23. Kyle Orton - The loss of Brandon Marshall is damaging. No more than No. 2 this year.
24. Josh Freeman – Ability to scramble makes him a threat in air or on the ground. Decent fill in when your starter is on a bye week.
25. Matt Moore - Still has one of the best in Steve Smith to throw to.
